I came across this cute little newly remodeled home that checked all my boxes. I had recently lost my husband and was looking to downsize. I worked closely with both Ruthi & Michelle to sale my own house and purchase the "new to me" home. Everything moved smoothly and fast. After closing Michelle even did some landscaping for me. Both realtors went above and beyond to help me through a difficult time in my life. Their support was much appreciated and made my fresh start a little more bearable. I recently hired Legacy Real Estate to sale my mom's house. We had 5 showings and 3 offers within 4 days of being on the market! Katlyn Jones has been absolutely amazing to work with!! We had a couple last minute hassles that had to get done a week before closing and she kept us informed and we got everything completed! Now my wife and I can say…..WE ARE OFFICIALLY HOMEOWNERS!!! ❤️

Michelle and her staff were amazing to work with when selling our home. Michelle was there every step of the way; from flashlights in the basement searching for paint colors to celebrating with us when we had several offers 4 days after listing. Her knowledge, interity, and work ethic is unbeatable. We definitely recommend Michelle if you want someone in your corner getting things done right!

This is the best reality company I've ever dealt with, super friendly and hardworking folks. We felt no pressure on purchasing a home. The women at the desk immediately greeted us when we walked in. Katlyn worked very hard for us. We went with re/max originally and the two times we met with them it was a horrible experience. If you're looking great hardworking honest people. DEFINITELY GO TO LEGACY!!!! THE BEST!!!!!
